Pour réaliser cette soupe, il faudra :

  • Carottes
  • riz
  • yaourt
  • sel
  • Couper les carottes en petit morceaux, ajouter une poignée de riz et laisser cuire une demi-heure dans l'eau bouillante.
  • Mixer l'ensemble puis servir en intégrant éventuellementun yaourt.
